Grape with sea urchin
Biscuit with pepper
Chicharron (pork rind)
Fluke with poppy seeds and butter
Daikon and potato soup with lamb belly
Hen egg with caviar
Egg noodles with mushrooms and broth
Monkfish with sea urchin and broth
Shaved foie gras, lychee, Riesling gelee
Venison with sprouts, celeriac purée
Arnold palmer gelato, mint julep crumble
Pretzel ice cream, fried cheddar, yogurt
