Why do the soldiers in Grand Central Station wear full camouflage gear? If they really want to camouflage themselves, shouldn't they be wearing suits and taking pictures of the ceiling?

Those guys aren't the real soldiers. They are paid actors. The real soldiers hang out in the men's room downstairs.
