What's in a name?

Why does it seem like everyone's 3rd grade teacher was named Ms. Crabtree? According to O'Reilly, that was the case for little Steve Colbert (pronounce the "t")...Speaking of which, Colbert once again showed his brilliance last night with Papa Bear, although it was weird to watch him without a laugh track for the first segment.
